Is this course good for beginners?

Will the certificate be accepted at any studio, gym, or corporate private fitness setting?
Yes, you will receive an official 200 Hour ViraVinyasa Teacher Training Certification after you complete this course. We will review your course, quizzes, and final exam to see if you completed your requirements and are eligible for the certificate.
Can I take this course if I have already completed another 200 Hour Yoga Training course?
Yes! This is a great addition to your yoga teacher training, also a great refresher if you took one several years ago. You’ll receive new books, information, and content to add on to your previous training.
Can I safely lead yoga classes after completing this program?
Our curriculum includes sequencing, adjustments, modifications, and teaching strategies to help you succeed in all settings. This program has been designed to help you confidently lead your own yoga classes with safety as the backbone to your teaching.
Why is your 200 hour yoga teacher training so much better than the rest?
We are the ONLY training in Denver where the curriculum was written by the head teacher and not a business model. Most programs hire master lecturers who use zero structure in their lectures. Leaving future teachers empty handed in philosophical application and practical understanding.
Can I miss any days of yoga teacher training?
Yes, we will have time to make up hours. Life happens and we are aware of balancing dreams. To receive your certificate of completion you must attend 185 hours contact hours to comply with the Yoga Alliance requirements.
Are books and materials included in the price of the training?
Yes! Books will be provided on the first day of training.
When will I find out if I have been accepted into the program?
Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted via e-mail within one week to let you know if you are officially accepted.
How much time is required for homework and other outside activities?
Homework typically takes 1-2 hours a week. There are daily meditations, reading, journaling, and practice teaching.
What should I look for in evaluating a Denver Yoga Teacher Training Program?
We recommend you look for a teacher who speaks directly to you and that you resonate with. Students often seek out programs merely because of the training schedule. But just like yoga classes are different from another, so too are yoga teacher training programs. Students also choose trainings based on price, but you get what you pay for. Study with a teacher who has experience in leading yoga teacher training programs and has taught several thousand classes over many years. Notice: Are they are kind and loving? Do they or their students get injured often? Do they mentor after graduation or produce an assembly line for teachers? Look at other teachers who have come from the program. How do they teach?
