Wednesday (7-10pm)
7-10pm - Essence of Vinyasa Yoga and Basic Flows
Saturday (12:30-9:30pm)
12:30-4:30pm - Posture Shop: Foundational Poses
4:30-5:45pm - Practice based on Posture Shop
5:45-6:30pm Break
6:30-9:30pm - Introduction to Pranayama
Sunday (1-8pm)
1-4pm - Introduction to Sun Salutes
4-5:15pm - Asana Practice
5:15-6pm - Break
6-8pm - Physiology and Systems of the Body

Training and reading Requirements
- Each student will be required to regularly practice teach in front of 2-3 people and submit feedback forms from students who took class.
- Each student will be required to record two videos of themselves teaching and submit observations based on teaching curriculum in training.
- Students will be required to purchase books based on anatomy, philosophy, and asana that will be assigned when accepted into the program and are not included in tuition.
- PLEASE NOTE: 100% attendance and participation in this training is required. If you have a scheduling conflict that is already in place before the time of the training, we ask that you notify Margot at [email protected].

Tuition options
A $250 application fee is due at the time of application submission and will be applied to spring tuition. If application is not accepted, applicant will be refunded $225.
Option 1: Earlybird $2650 - $300 deposit is due at the time of program acceptance. Earlybird discount is available from October 1-14, 2018 and is to be paid in full within one week after application submittal.
Option 2: Payment Plan $2890 - $300 due at the time of application acceptance. Payments of $585 due on the first day of each month during training (January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, 2019)
